General Information
The next APARC SSG meeting will be held at the University of Leeds from 09 to 11 September 2025 (Tuesday to Thursday).
We will hold this meeting as a hybrid meeting. If you are unable to travel, you will have the opportunity to participate online.

We will provide a more detailed agenda in due time. Currently, all times below are tentative and intended to give you a rough idea for better planning.
The SSG meeting will start on October 09 at 09:30 BST and will end at October 11, 13:00 BST, follwed by a closed SSG session in the afternoon.

Details about Leeds
- Flights – Leeds-Bradford airport is served by KLM (connections through Amsterdam) and British Airways (connections through London Heathrow). It is a 40 minute bus/25 minute taxi journey into Leeds city centre. Manchester airport has international connections to most continents and has a direct train connection to Leeds (1.5h). London airports are accessible via train (>3h).
- Trains – direct trains from London Kings Cross to Leeds (2h15) run every hour. There are connections from London Kings Cross to Europe via Eurostar.
- Public Transport – Leeds is served by numerous bus routes. Buses from the Headrow in Leeds city centre to Leeds University campus include numbers 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 56. Uber and Veezu taxi companies operate in Leeds along with other local companies including City Cabs
